Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of Club Viola, I agree to the following: 1. **Private, members-only club** Club Viola is a private social club for adults. Membership does not grant any right of public access, and I will not represent myself as speaking for the Club without authorization. 2. **Age — 21 or older** I attest that I am 21 years of age or older (and, on a couple membership, that both adults are 21 or older). I understand that identity and age will be verified in person by an officer before I am served alcohol, and I agree to present valid government-issued photo ID when asked. 3. **Member confidentiality** I will keep other members' identities and what happens at the Club confidential — I will not reveal who else is a member or describe Club events publicly, including on social media, and this obligation continues after my membership ends. I may help promote the Club itself by sharing its official website (clubviola.com), so long as I do not reveal members or what happens at Club events. 4. **Guests** Any guest I bring is my responsibility, must be 21 or older, and must follow the Club's rules. I will vouch for every guest I bring. 5. **Conduct & rules** I will follow the Club's rules and [community guidelines](/p/guidelines), and I understand my membership may be suspended or revoked for violations. 6. **Nonprofit status & management disclosure** Club Viola is a private membership association organized as an Arizona nonprofit corporation. It is managed by a company owned by the Club's founders, and membership fees are used to operate the Club — the building, utilities, and other operating costs — which may include amounts paid to that management company for its services. I consent to membership with full knowledge of this. 7. **Voluntary** My membership is voluntary and I may resign at any time. *I am signing this agreement freely and electronically.*
